Return and Exchange Policy
At iPrintyFun, we operate under a Print on Demand model. This means each product is unique and made specifically for you only after your order is placed. Due to this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size or color was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.
However, if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To process this, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery, and provide a clear photo showing the issue through our contact form or by sending an email to info@iprintyfun.com.
Exceptions:
- We are not responsible for customer errors such as selecting the wrong size or color.
- If the delivery was unsuccessful, you may opt for a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
- For DTG products (Direct to Garment printing), a slight variation in the print placement (up to 0.5″) will not be considered a defect.
